A 12-month build plan, not an availability promise
Opening a region requires physical infrastructure, reliable connectivity, operational readiness, security controls, monitoring, backup boundaries, and tested recovery. We will mark Syria or Jordan live only after those gates pass.
- Publish the region and data-location status before accepting workloads.
- Keep planned regions disabled in the portal until launch readiness is proven.
- Let interested users request a notification instead of promising an unverified date.

UAE (me-central-1). It is the only live customer region today.
Do you currently host customer data inside Syria?
No. Syria (me-north-1) is the next planned region, but customer workloads run in the UAE until Syria is explicitly marked live.
When will Syria and Jordan open?
They are the focus of our 12-month expansion work, in that order. We do not publish a fixed launch date until infrastructure and operational readiness are proven.
Can an existing project move regions later?
Do not assume automatic migration. Region choice is permanent for a project today; migration options will be documented before additional regions open.
