How to Pay for alawadi.cloud Today: Trial Credit and Vouchers

Start with claimable $5 trial credit#

Sign in with Google, open the portal, and claim $5 in trial credit. You do not need a payment card to claim it. The credit lets you deploy and test a real workload before buying a voucher; it is claimable inside the portal, not an automatic cash payment.

The only live top-up rail: prepaid vouchers#

When you need more credit, the currently available top-up method is a prepaid voucher priced in Syrian pounds (SYP):

1. Contact [email protected] for current voucher purchase availability and instructions.
2. Confirm the voucher's SYP price and USD-credit value before purchasing it.
3. In the portal, open Billing → Redeem voucher and enter the voucher code.
4. The voucher adds its stated value to your USD-credit ledger.

Voucher availability and purchase arrangements can change by location. Support will confirm the currently available route; do not rely on an old screenshot or third-party instructions.

Currency display versus the billing ledger#

The platform's unit of account is USD credit, and service charges are deducted from that USD-credit ledger. The portal can optionally display estimates and balances in USD, SYP, AED, or JOD using a conversion rate. A display currency is a convenience—it does not mean the platform accepts top-ups in every displayed currency.

Payment methods that are not live#

Credit or debit card top-ups, Stripe checkout, cryptocurrency or USDT transfers, and a "pay for a friend" card flow are not currently available. Do not send cryptocurrency to a wallet or give payment details to anyone claiming to provide an official alawadi.cloud card or crypto flow.
